Da-kyung thanks him for the information and then paces around her mansion looking worried and insecure.

HOSPITAL

Sun-woo sits in her office looking thoughtful when a nurse knocks on her door. She tells her that she has a guest. Then she opens the door and we see Da-kyung come in.

At home, Ye-rim calls her husband. He is taking a shower in a hotel and not picking up the phone. A woman on the bed looks at the phone. It is he bartender. She ignores it and looks at her bag that he purchased for her.

Back in the hospital, Da-kyung asks Sun-woo why she went to her husbands office. 

SW – Don’t ask me, you should ask your husband.

DK – I told you, we promised to keep the peace. 

SW – Do you really want to be peaceful with me?

DK – We should do it for each other.

SW – Then you should secure your husband better.

DK – You, why are you doing this?

SW – You do not know Lee Tae-oh or what kind of person he is.

Cut to a dark empty pool in an abandoned area. A car drives up and another man is sitting on the edge. He hops up to walk to the car and gets in the backseat.

TO – I told you to just threaten her, not hurt her.

IK – *In-kyu removes his hat* Don’t you see, if I just threaten her then she won’t be a victim.

TO – Never ever touch Sun-woo.

IK – Ii was in jail because of her for two years.

TO – If you don’t listen to me again, me and your deal ends. The money ends, okay. Now get out. GET OUT.

In-kyu does not look threatened at all, he just smiles and then casually gets out on his own. Tae-oh screeches off.

MANSION

Hyo-jung happily plays with her granddaughter when Da-kyung comes back in. She asks her why she is so late. But Da-kyung just walks right past and goes to her bedroom. Hyo-jung asks BK why she is like that, did she have an argument with her husband?

In her bedroom, Da-kyung thinks about what Sunwoo said – be careful, you never know, you could be like me later.

Da-kyung looks like this is what she fears the most.

Meanwhile, Sun-woo secretly enters a huge traditional mansion that looks more like a small fortress. a maid opens the door and Choi’s Wife is sitting there looking powerful. She tells Sun-woo to come in.

FIRING RANGE

The ladies go to the firing range again to shoot clay that is fired into the sky (I forgot what this is called). One group of ladies is winning so Da-kyung sys that her mother should pay the fine. But it is Hyo-jung’s turn, she says that they are not done until they are done.

She shoots her clay and happily high fives her team.

But then we see Sun-woo walking p with her shot gun and long leather red jacket looking like a mafia boss about to kill everyone at this party. She cocks her gun when she gets to the ladies who are all looking at her, wondering what she is about to do.

Sun-woo holsters her gun and takes off her gloves.

SW – You all look happy, I want to join your women’s club, what should I do?

DK – We need an agreement from the members, do you think that will happen?

SW – So a majority is fine?

MS – Well, that is true but….

HJ – Before you are embarrassed, you need to leave. Noone welcomes you here.

SW – Then lets not spend time, let’s check here.

HJ – Okay, if you agree then raise your hand?

Sun-woo waits, the ladies all look around. CW looks around smiling and raises her hand. I agree. Then the senators pretty wife raises her hand and says that she agrees too. This pressures the directors wife so she says that she cannot be opposed to this. she agrees. Myung-sook gasps.

But it is not the majority.

However, then Da-kyung raises her hand and sys that she agrees. her mother is all like, hey, Da-kyung. 

Sun-woo approaches her – and thanks her.

Fade Out

COMMENTS

Ahhh, another satisfying episode! I really expected Myung-sook to be that last person that they need to get Sun-woo on the woman’s society (and I think she was about to be) so it came as a surprised to me that Da-kyung is the one that raised her hand. 

But what I love best is that the chairman’s wife (CW) looks to be completely on Sun-woo’s side behind the scenes! I love that! She is repaying the favor that Sun-woo extended her in the first part of this drama, and in a big way! I love that so much it is hard to quantify.

Another thing I loved about this episode is the return of Hyun-seo!!!!! She was one of my favorite things before the time jump, so I am happy that she is back and decided to be the one to introduce herself back into Sun-woo’s life after hearing about what these ladies had planned.

Everything is going well with this show. It remains a favorite!

For everyone watching The King: The Eternal Monarch, we plan on recapping that one today as well! We just need to take a break to eat something. So look for part one in a couple hours!

TO – What are you doing here and leaving our kid alone? Are you in a deep relationship with him?

YK – Can you stop? Ji Sun-woo is not your wife anymore.

BK – I heard the psychiatrist from Seoul has a good reputation.

TO – DO you think removing you from your position is only from my head?

SW – Are you afraid that I will tell people what you did to me?
