that night, Sun-woo goes to Ye-rim’s house for a drink. Ye-rim happily welcomes her. Sun-woo asks her if she picked where she is going? Ye-rim says she is going to stay near her parents. They don’t want me to get a divorce and think I did a no good thing. She says it sarcastically.

Sun-woo wonders if she should leave as well? She says that she saw Joon-yong today, he looked fulfilled over there. He looked relaxed and they looked like a  real family. That is something that I cannot full fill anymore. Sun-woo says that Joon-yong grew up, he is big enough to make his own decisions. If he wants to say there, just let him stay there. You need rest right? You told me once that even though you are divorced, you cannot cut those strong ties. For me, both of you were struggling. You should cut it first. To do that, the best way is for one of you to leave the town.

Sun-woo says that it looks like Jae-hyuk is coming by often. Ye-rim says she does not know why he is doing that, it is so bothersome. Sun-woo asks, doesn’t it look like he wants to get back together? What about you?

ye-rim thinks about Jae-hyuk asking her if she would like to date again. But she tells Sun-woo that she doesn’t know.

WORK

Sun-woo starts to look for a job in another city. But then Yoon-ki comes in with Myung-sook and asks what she is looking at so secretively. Sun-woo tells her that she was shopping for something.

She tells them she is not eating so they can go. They leave. YK says that Sun-woo looks a bit sad after Joon-yong left. MS asks him how many times he worries about Sun-woo in a day. He says he worries about her also. she says they are just coworkers, do you think I believe that? then she says that Sun-woo only thinks about tae-oh, even if she hates him. Yoon-ki says there might be room in the future.

MANION

Joon-young gets home to an empty house. the maid is there and tells him that his father is busy and Da-kyung is busy. She is about to leave so she tells him that she is already there too long so please clean your dishes when you are done. She heads out.

He is left alone. Sun-woo texts him to ask if he got home okay and what is for dinner. Text me before you go to bed. He starts to eat but can’t.

She sees that he checked his message, but did not answer it. She is sitting in his room. She starts to pack a lot of clothes for him to change into. she packs them very nicely inside his suitcases.

Later on, Tae-oh gets home and starts to undress in his office. He looks at a  magazine in his wife’s bag. It is a study abroad package to America, England, Ireland, Australia…

She comes in and asks if he can play with Jenny. He yells, what is all this about! Are you planning on sending Joon-young to study abroad? Is that why you wanted to take him in?

She asks, why not? It is good for Joon-young’s future.

TO – I brought him here to stay with me. How can you send him away!

He throws the flyers.

TO – Don’t you wonder if he will be hurt? You are raising your own daughter, why are you so selfish?

DK – Am I selfish?

TO – You are saying he is not your own son.

DK – Jenny’s appa

TO – Do you think Ji Sun-woo will let him go? Did you forget what she did to get custody?

DK – She told you that she killed Joon-young? Do you think that she did that for Joon-young? That is nonsense, she just did that to win, to kick you out.

Joon-young hears all of this. Da-kyung picks up the packets.

DK – How long are you going to show adults fighting in front of kids> You know that he is not comfortable here. This place (what she is holding) is a much better environment than it is here. Why are you telling me that I am selfish?

TO – You are saying it is all for Joon-young.

DK – it is better to study in a good environment then get divorced hopping from house to house. You should think about what is better for your kid.

BAR

Tae-oh goes drinking at a bar. Jae-hyuk is at the bar as well so he goes to sit next to him. Tae-oh smirks.

JH – Am I the only friend that you can call?

TO – it seems like you also have nowhere to go which is why you showed up

JH – You a-hole

TO – I heard you are getting divorced, but you still go to that house?

JH – It is the adjustment period.

TO – It already ended, you can’t go back

JH – I can’t live without her, what can I do? it is a habit.

TO – Just get used to it, then it is okay.

JH – yeah, it is something to get used to, but without it I realized that love is not only passion, I was stupid. it is lIke air and water, is is something that you cannot live without. That is love. I am going to catch her soon even though I lost her with a mistake. i am not going to regret like you.

TO – Do you think I regret this?

JH – You don’t look happy.

Tae-oh’s phone buzzes. Sun-woo tells him to stop by when he has time. I packed Joon-yong’s things.

JH – is that home?

TO – no, Sun-woo.

JH – Well, it seems like Sun-woo is planning on leaving.

Tae-oh thinks about this.

HOME

At home, Sun-woo drinks a glass of wine and waits for Tae-oh. the doorbell rings, it’s Tae-oh. She lets him in then rolls the luggage over to him.

SW – He left all of a sudden so he does not have everything he needs. Tell him that if he needs something I can get it.

TO – Are you really leaving?

SW – I am considering it.

TO – Why?

SW – that is what you wanted right?

TO – It was.

SW – Talk to Joon-young, if he wants me to leave then I will. Can I trust you with that?

SW – At first I thought he would say not to worry about him, but maybe he wants me to leave. He should be ashamed of kids talking about his umma. I am also tired of it. I think it is better to get separated. But if he wants it then I will take him with me.

TO – Okay, do it.

SW – Would you like to have a drink?

He walks to the kitchen and gets his own glass.  She pours him wine. The tension is tight between them. he stands on the opposite side of the kitchen.

SW – DO you love her that much? 

TO – Can you tell me what was marriage and love to you?

SW – To me, marriage was just my misunderstanding. The fence around me that was the base of my stable life. I thought it was all mine and no one could break it. Love is the starting of that misunderstanding and ended with pain.

TO – it could have been just like a wind passing by. If you let it pass by.

SW – You still blame me.

TO – I thought about it. If you looked at me just once. How would it have anded up

SW – Just leave, it’ late.

She gets up to walk off.

TO – If I say that I regret that marriage and she is nothing special, is it something that you want to hear? When love became marriage and everything is the same. It is normal and mundane. If I told you that, could you tell me what you really think?

SW – What truth?

TO – That you pushed me out and made me an a-hole and regret it. That you still have feelings towards me.

SW – You are crazy.

TO – WHY DID YOU COME TO THE POLICE STATION AND SAY THAT NONSENSE ALIBI? WHY DID YOU LIE FOR ME LIKE THAT?

Sun-woo thinks about the warning that Hyun-seo gave her.

SW – You are drunk, leave.

TO – You were waiting for me to come back and beg you and say I am sorry and for us to get back together. that is what you wanted right? That is why you didn’t leave the town? Joon-young was your excuse. But now in this moment you want me to hug you, isn’t that right?

Sh slaps him and calls him crazy. he asks if she would say no? She tries to slap him again, but he catches her hand.

TO – Is it really not true?

She starts to cry. They both look at each other and then they suddenly pull each other into a passionate kiss. They are going to town in this kitchen!

Da-kyung is at home alone. Tae-oh is not in his office. she calls him, but he does not pick up.

There is a trail of clothing leading to the bedroom. His phone rungs in his pocket that is on the floor. then it goes to pitch black.

TO – Should I come back?

SW – No, maintain your marriage

COMMENTS

Ahhhhh, this show is crazy! Tae-oh has hopped right on back into that bed. I can kind of understand him with all his regrets since his rich family was about to hang him out to dry for a crime he didn’t even commit! 

It was literally a suicide and BK had the evidence to prove it and held on to it to ruin his son-in-law. that is just insane. And even after his son in law did all of that stuff to get rid of his wife because BK told him to. I can understand him distancing himself from his family. Especially because he is a famous producer now and doesn’t really need them financially anymore.

But jeez, this show is crazy sauce! I am happy that tae-oh did not turn out to be a killer because that would be too much. But I also like how that was used to show how his rich family really doesn’t care anything about him and will ruin and dispose of him at any moment. But Sun-woo will take care of him even if the only reason is because it is for her son’s well being.
