Another really quick post showing the editing process for a few episodes of Fight for My Way. I love this little peek behind the scenes because we rarely get the chance to see how it all comes together. I mean check out all those screens! Also, is it just me or does it feel like we done time warped to the 70s?
This is definitely only a taste of the process, but I’m happy it is a taste nonetheless. Also, um, do they still really only use VHS in the editing room? Is that, like, standard operating procedure? Or is it just that everything is so old so they just work with what they’ve got? Like when super old-head professors make everyone use Fortran when Matlab has been the gold standard for decades. I’m just saying.
We’re still working on some of the interview posts over here and trying to finish up some other things. We are postponing announcing the winners of the giveaway until next week because we are just that swamped (with our actual joby-job actually). But we like posting these quick posts because they take next to no time to make and we don’t want to go too many days without putting a little something-something up. Plus, it helps with the post drama withdrawal; and let’s be real, I need to check into some drama rehab for the withdrawal Fight for My Way is giving me. Just one more hit drama, just one more hit.
