Y’all, talk about getting better with age. In the upcoming Esquire Jo In-sung (조인성) showcases Polo Ralph Lauren, and himself, for all of us to study. I have actually only seen two shows with Jo In-sung, I could not finish What Happens in Bali where he looks like a tall version of Theodore from Alvin and the Chipmunks. But I was very into It’s Okay, That’s Love and That Winter, The Wind Blows. And let me tell you, he underwent a transformation. That baby fat was long gone and he had learned an acting lesson or two in his time away.
Perhaps this is the effect of the army? I am not sure, but it kind of reminded me of George Clooney who also had a bunch of baby fat and just all around unfortunate look when he debuted (a cute unfortunate look); but all that changed when he adopted that Caesar cut for General Hospital and the rest is history.
Of course there is only one George Clooney (who can be one of the most famous people in the world and accidentally make a tequila company that he sells for a billion dollars, literally). But I feel like Jo In Sung is at least on the same looks trajectory because aging well and he go hand in hand.
He is focused more on movies, lately, with The King and The Great Battle both premiering in the last year with good box office sales. But what international fans get to see movies, right? So, hopefully he picks another drama he can headline soon enough to end his four year hiatus.

That last photo is adorable 🙂
I glad (and surprised) to see how masculine he looks in the new battle movie. Until I saw Park Bo gum in the behind the scenes making of his pizza commercial with Song joon ki, Zo In sung was the most feminine man I’d ever seen (other than those that are purposely flamboyant).
I do recommend him in That’s Okay Its Love (he’s an awesome kisser!) and in the movie A Frozen Flower.
(And yes, he did look like a little bunny in What Happened in Bali – lol)

Perhaps Jo In-sung could be a good role model to Park Bo-gum. It is so strange how they can be so different from their behind the scenes candids to their on screen roles.
